Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has appointed

Graham William Crombie, of Dunedin

as an associate member of the Commerce Commission for a term of five years commencing on 20 July 2015 and expiring on 19 July 2020, in respect of matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986, Fair Trading Act 1986, Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 and the Crown Entities Act 2004.
