Pursuant to section 146 of the Education Act 1989, the notice for Ormiston Junior College published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 July 2014, No. 82, page 2259, is amended by replacing:

“The school will open for instruction in term one of 2017.

The school may enrol:

- Year 7–9 students from term one of 2017; and

- Year 7–10 students from term one of 2018.”

with:

“The school will open for instruction for Years 7–10 from term one of 2017.”
