Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 June 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Catherine Stuart in respect of Te Kōhanga Reo o Waikawa (65509), situated at Waikawa Road, Picton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
