Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 December 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Maria Leilua in respect of Te Kōhanga Reo o Ngai Tamanuhiri (55172), situated at Tamanuhiri Road, Muriwai, Gisborne.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
