Pursuant to Regulations 17(4)(a) and (b) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 July 2015, which was granted under those Regulations to Fou Alapati in respect of Fetu Ao O Pomare Aoga Amata (50046), situated at Pomare Primary School, Partridge Street, Pomare, Lower Hutt.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
