Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 August 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Kathleen Tuaoi in respect of Emmanuel Home-based Childcare Service (46260), situated at 18 Koromiko Road, Gonville, Whanganui.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
