Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 June 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Lorraine Brady in respect of Family & Education (30231), situated at 13 Porter Drive, Havelock North.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
