Pursuant to subclause 4 of Schedule 5E of the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001, the Minister for Primary Industries hereby gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. This notice may be cited as the Notice of Amendment to Materials Incorporated by Reference into the Dairy Industry (Herd Testing and New Zealand Dairy Core Database) Regulations 2001 (SR 2001/373) (Notice No. MPI 505).
2. Notice is hereby given that certain material currently incorporated by reference into the Dairy Industry (Herd Testing and New Zealand Dairy Core Database) Regulations 2001 (“Regulations”) has been replaced.
3. Regulation 3(1) refers to “New Zealand Standard NZS 8100 Dairy Herd Testing, as may be amended from time to time”.
4. This standard is replaced with the “New Zealand Standard NZS8100:2015 Dairy Herd Testing”.
5. The amendments to the material incorporated by reference into the Regulations, as described in paragraph 3 above, takes effect as part of the Regulations from 16 July 2015.
6. The material incorporated by reference above may be purchased directly from Standards New Zealand by emailing enquiries@standards.co.nz or inspected free of charge at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace, Wellington 6143, between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
