Pursuant to section 272 of the Education Act 1989 and section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I reappoint

Charles Finny

as chair of the Education New Zealand Board for a term of 18 months commencing on 1 September 2015 and expiring on 28 February 2017; and reappoint

Philip Broughton

Richard Leggat

as members of the Education New Zealand Board for terms of three years commencing on 25 June 2015 and expiring on 24 June 2018; and reappoint

John Morris

as a member of the Education New Zealand Board for a term of three years commencing on 1 September 2015 and expiring on 31 August 2018; and appoint

Victoria Spackman

as a member of the Education New Zealand Board for a term of three years commencing on 1 July 2015 and expiring on 30 June 2018.
