Pursuant to section 203(1) of the Armed Forces Discipline Act 1971 and section 12(1) of the Court Martial Act 2007, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

Kevin James Riordan, onzm, Deputy Judge Advocate General and Deputy Chief Judge of the Court Martial

to be the Judge Advocate General and Chief Judge of the Court Martial commencing on 4 August 2015.
