Dr Pamela Hale

as health practitioner members of the Medical Council of New Zealand for three-year terms of office commencing on 1 July 2015; and reappointed

Dr Jonathan Fox

as a health practitioner member of the Medical Council of New Zealand for a three-year term of office commencing on 1 July 2015.
