Radiocommunications Regulations (Returns in Respect of Supply of Radio Transmitters) Notice 2008 Revocation Notice
This notice is issued pursuant to Regulation 19 of the Radiocommunications Regulations 2001, made under section 134(1)(a) of the Radiocommunications Act 1989, and revokes the prescribed classes of radio transmitters for which a return is not required under Regulation 18(3) from the holders of licences to supply radio transmitters granted pursuant to Regulation 18(1) and 18(2) of the Regulations.
The Radiocommunications Regulations (Returns in Respect of Supply of Radio Transmitters) Notice 2008* is revoked.
This notice of revocation takes effect on 2 July 2015.
