Pursuant to section 159D of the Education Act 1989, and section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I appoint to the Tertiary Education Commission

John Spencer

as chair for a term of two years commencing on 1 August 2015 and expiring on 31 July 2017; and

John Morris

as a member for a term of three years commencing on 1 November 2015 and expiring on 31 October 2018; and

Susan Paterson

as a member for a term of three years commencing on 22 June 2015 and expiring on 21 June 2018.
