Pursuant to section 282(2) of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint

The Honourable Justice David Ian Gendall, Judge of the High Court

as a member of the New Zealand Council of Legal Education for a term of three years commencing on 28 May 2015 and ending on 27 May 2018.
