Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 26 of the Broadcasting Act 1989, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby appoints

as a member of the Broadcasting Standards Authority for a term of office from 1 July 2015 to 30 April 2018.
