Under section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989, as the Secretary of Education’s delegate, I hereby dissolve the Maungakaramea School (1047) Board of Trustees and appoint

Derek Birt

as commissioner to replace that board.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
