In the matter of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006:

Pursuant to section 60 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, notice is hereby given that on 23 March 2015, Eugene Narodetsky, now called Evgeny Orlov (due to change of name by deed poll) was removed from the roll of barristers and solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand.

Eugene Narodetsky, now called Evgeny Orlov, requested that his name be removed and the New Zealand Law Society consented to the removal.
