Pursuant to section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. Title—This notice is the Community Work Centre (Onslow Street (Kawerau)) Notice 2015.

2. Commencement—This notice takes effect from 25 June 2015.

3. Onslow Street (Kawerau) Community Work Centre—The land described in the Schedule is a community work centre to be known as the Onslow Street (Kawerau) Community Work Centre.

4. Revocation—The Periodic Detention Centre (Bledisloe Street (Kawerau)) Notice 1998 (SR 1998/381) is revoked.

Onslow Street (Kawerau) Community Work Centre

The land (as shown in red broken lines in the diagram below), being the land comprising part of that parcel of land in the South Auckland Land Registration District containing 7160 square metres, more or less, being part of Lot 65 DP SA3393, and being part of the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register SA 43C/938 (South Auckland Land Registry).

Explanatory Note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice is made under the Corrections Act 2004 and takes effect from 25 June 2015.

The community work centre at Kawerau is being relocated from the existing site in Bledisloe Street to a new site in Onslow Street. This notice declares the new premises to be a community work centre known as the Onslow Street (Kawerau) Community Work Centre and revokes the notice that constituted the Bledisloe Street (Kawerau) Periodic Detention Centre.
