Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“the Act”), notice is hereby given that on 3 October 2013, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) of the Act, that

Kelvin Dean Wootton (sometimes known as Calvin Dean Wootton)

be suspended from practice as a barrister or as a solicitor, or as both, for a period of one year.
