Pursuant to section 22 of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011, the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. Title—This notice is the Land Use Recovery Plan Amendment Notice.

2. Amendment—Amendments have been made to the Land Use Recovery Plan extending the date of the review from April 2015 to 30 September 2015 and minor amendments to assist with interpretation.

3. Inspection—The amendments to the Land Use Recovery Plan are available on the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority’s website:
