Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“the Act”), notice is hereby given that on 18 November 2014, the High Court issued a judgment which recorded the appeal against an order made by the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) of the Act, that
