Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 July 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Lynne Kenny in respect of Play Learn & Grow (46459), situated at 19 Kahu Crescent, Te Rapa, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
