Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, as the Minister of Education’s delegate, the Berkley Normal Middle School (1695) Board of Trustees is now dissolved and I direct the Group Manager, Schools and Student Support, to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
