I, William Henry David More, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby consent, pursuant to section 17(a)(ii) of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, to applications by M. H. Brown, G. S. Brown, A. R. McDonald and D. L. Hawkins for the issue of certificates of title under the Land Transfer Act 1952, on the grounds that the applicants have been in continuous possession within the meaning in section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, of Lots 1–3 LT 4673000 described in Computer Freehold Register WN30/70, currently registered in the name of the Colonists Land and Loan Corporation Limited.
