Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 August 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Errol Kwan in respect of Cityjunior Palmerston North (50133), situated at 80 Pitt Street, Palmerston North.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
