Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 October 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Vicki Khoo in respect of Barnardos KidStart Childcare – Karaka Early Learning Centre (20488), situated at 128 Hingaia Road, Karaka.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
