Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 November 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Karen Byrne in respect of Bottle Lake Preschool 1 (65172), situated at 53 Putake Drive, Burwood, Christchurch.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
