Pursuant to section 207 of the Employment Relations Act 2000, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint

Anthony David Ford, retired Employment Court Judge

to be a temporary Judge of the Employment Court for a period of 12 months commencing on 9 May 2015 and expiring on 8 May 2016.
