Nelson Building Society (“the mortgagee”) under the mortgage, hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 25 August 2015.

The mortgaged land is the property contained and described in Certificate of Title NL110/54, Nelson Land Registry and being the property at 178 Abel Tasman Drive, Takaka.
