1. On 18 June 2015, the mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged property.
2. The description of the mortgaged property is an undivided one half share in Lot 88 DPS 36536 and Flat 1 in DPS 48608 being leasehold in Lease H806092.1 as described in Certificate of Title SA41C/933, being the property at 10 Lee Road, Hannahs Bay, Rotorua.
3. The address of the mortgagee’s registered office is Level 5, 10 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
