Centre City Buildings Limited, a company at Staples Rodway Wellington, 6th Floor, 95 Customhouse Quay, Wellington 6011, being the mortgagee under the mortgage, hereby gives notice that on 1 December 2014, the mortgagee entered into possession of the property secured under the mortgage, being a fee simple residential property situated at 3 Moana Road, Paraparaumu, comprising 963 square metres, more or less, and being Lot 1 DP 44018, Certificate of Title WN51B/996, Wellington Land Registration District.
