GE Finance and Insurance (“the mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on Thursday 14 May 2015, it entered into possession of certain goods mortgaged pursuant to a security agreement made by the mortgagor in favour of the mortgagee dated the 9th day of October 2012.

Various items comprising motor vehicles, trucks, trailers and machinery previously leased to Smith & Davies NZ Limited.
