Take notice that on 19 December 2014, Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited, the mortgagee by virtue of memorandum of Mortgage 7057981.2, entered into possession of the property situated at 1/24 Felton Mathew Avenue, St Johns, Auckland, being all the land contained and described in Computer Interest Register Identifier 307409 (North Auckland Land Registry) more particularly described as a leasehold estate in Lease 6891178.1 as to a half share being Lot 14 DP 51549 and a leasehold estate created by Lease 7013514.2 being Flat 1 DP 95153 (“the property”) pursuant to a Court order sealed on 24 February 2015 granting the mortgagee vacant possession of the property.
