Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Stephen J. Tubbs and Colin A. Gower, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of MURRAY HOMES CANTERBURY LIMITED on 31 January 2011 by a special resolution of the shareholders.

We hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 27 November 2015.

Note: The company was struck off the Register on 21 October 2013. However, the company was restored to the Register on 23 February 2015 due to additional debtor proceeds being received.
