Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)

Company Nos.: 496895, 895442, 941202

I, Robert Clyde Clarke, liquidator of the above-named companies, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar the final report on the liquidation in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove these companies from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 26 October 2015.
