Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Notice is given of the intention to remove MERCER LAND LIMITED (in liquidation) from the Register of Companies, in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the final liquidation documents have been delivered to the Registrar in accordance with section 257(1)(a) of the Act.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 27 August 2015.

Note: The company was solvent and all known creditors have been paid.

Also Note: This was a voluntary liquidation commenced by the shareholder following cessation of the company’s activities.
