Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)

I confirm that I have concluded the liquidations of these companies and that I have filed with the Registrar my final reports, in accordance with sections 257(1)(a) and (b) of the Act, and copies of the notices as required by section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

Any person who wishes to object to the removal of these companies from the Register must do so within 20 working days of the date of this notice, in accordance with section 321 of the Act, by delivery to the Registrar of Companies.
