Notice of Intention to Remove Incorporated Society From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

I, Michael Eric Gould, liquidator of PETONE BOWLING CLUB INCORPORATED (in liquidation), intend to remove the incorporated society from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed with all known assets disclaimed, realised or distributed, and all proceeds of realisation distributed, and that the incorporated society is ready to be removed from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar on or before 14 August 2015.
