I intend to deregister the following limited partnership from the Register under section 98A(1)(b) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008.

I am satisfied that the limited partnership is not carrying on business and there is no proper reason for the limited partnership to continue in existence.

TAX LINK BOP LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to deregistration of the above-named limited partnership is delivered to the Registrar by 30 July 2015 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to deregister it.
