Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)

Address of Registered Office: Malcolm W. Nye, Chartered Accountants, 201 Pakuranga Road, Auckland.

Notice is given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, it is intended that the Registrar will be removing the above-named companies from the Register on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed. The liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 of the Act.

Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by 5 July 2015.
