Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove the above-named companies, having their registered office at 49 Victoria Road, Devonport, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.

Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar together with the grounds for such an objection no later than 26 June 2015.
