Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

David Sean Webb and Stephen Graham Longley, joint and several liquidators of AQUAPIPE NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) whose registered office as situated at: PPB Advisory, Level 11, DLA Piper Tower, 205–209 Queen Street, Auckland 1010, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 7 May 2015.
