Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Jeffrey Hart and Stephen Tubbs, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company on 26 September 2012 by a special resolution of the shareholder.

As previously advised, Jeffrey Hart was replaced by Colin Gower of BDO Christchurch on 15 May 2013 as joint and several liquidator of the company.

We hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 30 April 2015.
