Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

I, Andrew John McKay, liquidator of the above-named companies, whose registered offices are situated at c/o Level 12, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 17 March 2015.
