Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that WONDERWORKS GROUP COMPANY LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong but having a place of business in New Zealand and registered as an overseas company, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.

The company will give notice to the Registrar to remove WONDERWORKS GROUP COMPANY LIMITED from the Overseas Company Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
