Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BUPA AGEDCARE MANAGEMENT PTY LIMITED, being an overseas company incorporated in the Commonwealth of Australia and registered on the New Zealand Overseas Register, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that a notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, of the overseas company’s intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.

BUPA AGEDCARE MANAGEMENT PTY LIMITED is an Australian company which does not carry out any business with third parties in New Zealand and is being removed from the New Zealand Register as part of an internal reorganisation. This removal does not impact on the business carried on in New Zealand by Bupa Care Services NZ Limited.
