Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that CEVA MATERIALS HANDLING PTY. LTD., a company incorporated in Australia but having a place of business in New Zealand and registered as an overseas company, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.

The company will give notice to the Registrar to remove CEVA MATERIALS HANDLING PTY. LTD. from the Overseas Company Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
