Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1193, that NKT CABLES AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED, the New Zealand branch of a company incorporated in Australia, having a place of business in New Zealand in the wider Auckland region, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand as from the expiration of three months from the date of publication of this notice.
