Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that MICROSOFT MOBILE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and to give notice, under section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, to remove MICROSOFT MOBILE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD from the Overseas Companies Register on or after the date three months from the date of this notice.
