Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), that FRIGSTAD OFFSHORE DRILLING (CYPRUS) LIMITED intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand, and to give notice, under section 341 of the Act, to remove FRIGSTAD OFFSHORE DRILLING (CYPRUS) LIMITED from the Overseas Register three months from the date of this notice.
